IFS Specialist, Maillefer Extrusion, Vantaa

We are seeking an experienced IFS Specialist to join Maillefer's team in Vantaa. This role requires deep knowledge of the IFS system (or other modern ERP system), with a focus on user support and system configuration. As an IFS Specialist, you'll be responsible for configuring and maintaining the IFS system, providing user support, and developing system functionalities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes, mapping how can the system be used better to service the business and guiding users through system features.

Work tasks

We are looking for

• Extensive experience with IFS (version 10 or later) or another modern cloud-based ERP system.
• Knowledge of SQL and database queries.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (Finnish is highly advantageous).

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience with other ERP systems.
• Background in system administration and/or user support.
• Knowledge of other European languages besides English and Finnish.

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
