This role demands expertise in developing and executing comprehensive business strategies, including go-to-market plans, sales initiatives, and financial forecasting. Additionally, the candidate should be well-versed in product development, risk management, and customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans tailored for international markets, with a focus on the US, Japan, and Vietnam.
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with entering new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the software industry, particularly in the US, Japan, and Vietnam.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies to expand our global customer base.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on international markets.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
In-depth knowledge of the software industry and its key players in the US, Japan, and Vietnam.
- Strong network of industry contacts within the US, Japan, and Vietnam markets.
- Hands-on experience in financial forecasting, product development, and risk management.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Additional language skills, particularly in Japanese or Vietnamese, are a plus.
