Your main responsibilities are planning, processing and reporting Customer and R&D trial projects. You also coordinate automation and ICT projects of Technology Center with our subcontractors. As a Process Manager you will be a part of The Fiber Technology Center team in Inkeroinen who provides complete pilot processes for mechanical pulping, recycled fiber, stock preparation and pulp drying. You collaborate closely with our global sales team, technology managers and our customers.
Our comprehensive facilities allow to run line level wide trials as well as trials around selected single stock preparation process. As a Process Manager you have an opportunity to experience and learn something new every day. We are investing a lot in R&D and customer satisfaction but also in health & safety issues.
Our operating environment is dynamic and fast-paced and thus we value organizing skills and abilities to solve problems quickly. Strong team work and collaboration skills are essential. To be successful in this position, we would like you to have B.Sc or M.Sc degree in paper/process technology /process automation and some experience of similar tasks.
You will also need hands-on approach and can-do attitude as well as willingness and capability to learn more fast. You are able to work under pressure and handle a wide variety of activities in an organized way.
Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English is also required.
