Sponda Plc is one of Finland's largest real estate investment companies specializing in commercial properties in Finland's largest cities. Sponda's business concept is to own, operate and develop office and retail properties into environments that promote our clients' success. www.sponda.fi We are now looking for a Marketing & Communications trainee to Sponda, for a six- month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities and tasks

  • assisting in creating presentations based on internal reporting materials
  • assisting with property marketing materials
  • providing written content (English and Finnish) and visual content for intranet, newsletters and social media channels
  • updating intranet and web pages
  • managing occasional internal and external events
  • providing ad-hoc assistance to the Brand team in matters related to marketing and communications

Skills and requirements

  • fluency in Finnish and English (both verbal and written communication skills)
  • you can be bachelor's degree student (marketing or communication) or recently graduated
  • visual eye for presentations
  • competence using Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • high attention to detail and good organizational and time-management skills
  • you are eager to see a big picture of marketing and communications and excited of working in various tasks within the field
