We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated

Senior Cyber Security Specialist

to join our Cyber Security team in Espoo!

You will focus on developing our cyber security and participate in our interesting and varying cyber security development projects. You have a strong technical background and you are able to support security operations and incident response.

In this job you will work closely with our Cyber Security team, IT solution teams, business stakeholders and partners. Work is conducted in hybrid mode with an optimum balance between office and remote work.

Your role in our team

• Coordinate and participate in the development of cyber security projects

• Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of cyber security controls 

• Participate as a subject matter expert in Neste projects

• Cyber security incident response and analysis (Tier 3)

• Develop cyber security policies, procedures and recommendations

• Ensure Cyber Security services are deployed, configured and managed as required

 
The best combination to success in this role

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field

• 5-10 years of experience in cyber security area

• Passion for cyber security

• Strong knowledge of technical cyber security

• General knowledge on IT Infrastructure

• Basic knowledge about security and IT standards (ISO 27001, ITIL)

• Security incident response experience

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Fluent English

 
We also value

• Knowledge and experience in secure software development (DevSecOps)

• Fluency in Finnish is considered as a plus
