Kuvaus
As our client's Purchasing Coordinator, you will get to join the Purchase Order Management Team located in Hyvinkää. Your will be coordinating activities related to purchasing spare parts from suppliers and follow up on deliveries to the distribution center and customers. The role is based in Hyvinkää with hybrid model of working – the colleagues are expecting to see you at the office around 2-3 times a week.

Work tasks
- Purchase order creation
- Follow up with supplier for order confirmation
- Transportation booking arrangement to pick material from supplier end
- Follow up with supplier on controlling the deliveries from supplier to distribution centre, customer or other destinations
- Maintaining SAP with up-to-date information receiving from suppliers
- Monitoring supplier performance
- Supplier collaboration & improve smoother operations
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders eg. Sourcing, Supplier Quality Management and Technical Teams
We are looking for
- Experience in a supply chain operations role or equivalent education (e.g. Supply Chain Management)
- Knowledge of supply chain areas (purchasing, sourcing, inventory management, logistics)
- Good knowledge of purchase-to-pay process
- Previous experience of SAP and good MS Office tools skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is considered an asset
Additionally, we value data analysis skills and experience with inventory planning tools such as Servigistics.
