Kuvaus

In this role you will be joining a team of professionals in Europe level. You will be contributing to a major SAP S/4HANA transformation project. Your job is to plan project tasks, schedule. Communicate with stakeholders and support the implementation of change management.
You will report to the Europe Transformation Lead, BPR (Business Platform Renewal), and directly support the Europe process team. Additional key stakeholders are the Global communications and Change management teams in the BPR program, as well as the Europe business lines and IT organization.
The location of the role is in Espoo/ Helsinki and you can work partly remotely.

Work tasks

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the Europe process and transformation leads in our SAP S/4HANA transformation project
• Planning project tasks, schedule and budget with the team
• Support the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the new systems and related business processes.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Develop and deliver comprehensive project reports
• Facilitate program meetings, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among participants.

We are looking for

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. 📖
• Proven experience in a similar in a large/ complex transformation. 💻
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail. 💼
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Change management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools. 💻
