If you answered yes, you might be the perfect fit for our team as a Junior Key Account Manager in Finland. The position is a temporary role, based until December 31st, 2026.
About the Role
As a Junior Key Account Manager at Arla, you will play a vital role in our sales organization, focusing on nurturing and growing relationships with key clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development of account strategies, managing client interactions, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
Your Role:
Support in developing profitable business with existing customers with support from more experienced colleagues
Manage day-to-day client interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support the preparation and analysis of sales reports and forecasts to inform strategic planning.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on promotional activities and product launches.
Who You Are:
Applicable Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a few years of relevant practical experience (2-5 years) in sales or account management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Possess a proactive and solution-oriented thinker with a passion sales and customer relations.
Work independently while contributing to team goals with a solution-oriented mindset.
Full professional proficiency in English and Finnish, advantage if negotiation experience
Familiarity with CRM software and tools is a significant advantage.

Palkkaus
Tehtävän palkka on 3800-4400€/kk
Salary level will be defined based on relevant practical experience in sales or account management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
