Nordic Growth continues its growth, and we are now looking for two new Associates to strengthen their professional and proactive team, one for the sales team and one for the delivery team.

Job description

Nordic Growth offers a unique opportunity to participate in diverse corporate transactions, develop your skills, and grow into an industry professional in a stable and supportive environment.

You will play an integral role in a wide range of investment banking services, such as:

- Planning and executing corporate transactions (M&A).
- Preparing market and company research, and conducting financial analyses, valuations and modeling.
- Preparing materials for sales and acquisition opportunities, as well as producing client reports and presentations.

You will work closely with clients, investors, and other team members, and are expected to demonstrate strong analytical skills, precision, and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.

We are now hiring two individuals. Initially, both hires will focus on delivery-side analytics. After the on boarding phase, the person specializing in sales will move to the sales team, where they will conduct company analyses and valuations to prepare proposals. The other person will remain part of the delivery team.

What we expect

- Strong interest in investment banking.
- Proactive mindset and a results-driven attitude.
- Master's degree (e.g., M.Sc. in Economics or equivalent) and some experience in similar roles (e.g., Analyst).
-Innovative and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Finnish are required, while Swedish language skills are an advantage.
- Experience in corporate transactions (M&A), investment banking, or other relevant fields such as management consulting or a combination of analytical and sales-driven work (e.g., new customer acquisition, pitching).
-If you have expertise in data analytics/database integrity and particularly strong Excel skills, we are especially interested in your profile.
- As a person, you are results-oriented, persistent, and possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
