Role Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing digital projects from inception to completion. The role requires working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage digital projects, ensuring that all project goals are met according to the client's expectations.

Customer Interaction: Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and manage expectations.

Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Key Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Russian. (This is essential as you will be working with international clients and teams.)

Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing digital projects. Experience in the tech or digital solutions industry is highly preferred.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, including timeline management, resource allocation, and risk management.

Customer Management: Demonstrated experience in working directly with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, IT, Business Administration) is preferred.

Relevant Tools: Proficient in project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
Good to Know Tools: Familiarity with Figma, FigJam, and Intercom is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest trends in digital projects, including agile methodologies.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.
Cultural Understanding: Experience working in international environments and understanding of cultural nuances.
