Collo is dedicated to enhancing the performance, quality, safety, and sustainability in the
manufacturing of Food and Beverage products. Their revolutionary (dielectric) liquid analyzers work with any liquid, detecting nearly any change in liquid properties through a unique liquid fingerprint. By combining the companys core sensor technology with machine learning and advanced analytics, Collo provides actionable insights via their cloud and IoT platform. Collos solutions enable smart manufacturing: reducing food waste, carbon dioxide emissions, wastewater, and potable water usage while ensuring consistent product quality, increased food safety, and higher process efficiency.

As the Head of Marketing at Collo, you'll have the exciting opportunity to elevate their B2B marketing efforts to new international heights, with a primary focus on Europe. What Collo requires from you:
- Several years of experience in B2B-marketing, ideally within a multidisciplinary marketing role
- A broad skill set and understanding of different B2B-marketing tools, channels, and activities, including trade shows, PR campaigns, digital marketing, and social media
- A proven track record of building a marketing machine that has delivered significant results against the defined KPIs
- A full working proficiency in English

What Collo considers as an asset:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing
- Understanding of / experience from high-tech products targeting industrial customers, manufacturing technology, or industrial IoT
- Previous experience from a marketing agency, startup, or scaleup (ideally SaaS, PaaS)
- Other language skills, such as Finnish, German, French, Italian or Spanish

Practicalities:
This is a full-time and permanent position, in which you will be employed directly to Collo. The ideal starting date for the position is in September / as soon as possible. The role is based either in Finland or the Netherlands and ideally the city would be either Tampere or Amsterdam but Collo might also be open to other cities. The role however requires willingness to travel approximately once a month or every other month to these locations.
