We are currently looking for Group Business Controller to help us create a world that is one degree better

As a Group Business Controller, youll serve as a business partner for operative businesses ensuring that financial information is accurately reported and analyzed. You will work closely with managers and coordinate finance activities between departments. Your main responsibility will be running and developing internal reporting, forecasting and budgeting. This position is located in Lahti and you report to Group CFO.

What are we looking for in a candidate?

Your main responsibilities are

business partner tasks for Oilon business units and selected departments
provide operative reporting and profit analysis
maintain group forecast updates
lead and execute budgeting process
ensure continuous improvement of the financial planning and reporting processes
To succeed in the role, the ideal candidate has:

a masters degree (e.g., M.Sc. in Economics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent)
several years of proven experience as a Business Controller or other relevant working experience
an analytical and independent mindset with can-do attitude
willingness to challenge old routines, ability to improve ways of working and internal processes
hands-on working attitude
authorization to work in Finland and in EU
fluent written and spoken English language capability, Finnish language is an advantage
experience in a finance role in a manufacturing business
