Technical Product Manager, Tampere / Lahti / Helsinki / Oulu / Remote

We are now looking for a driven and systematic product manager to join our client's growing international team. If you have a background in automation, robotics, or cloud technologies, and are looking for a strategic product management role in a company with strong growth potential, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible!
It is intregral though, that you would possess background within industrial product management.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing a key product and its portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company’s roadmap and market demands. The company in question is in the scale-up phase of growth, while already operating internationally, namely in the USA. Industry in question is within automation, robotics and cloud-technologies.

You will collect customer feedback and translate it into actionable product requirements, contributing to both short-term adjustments and long-term strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders across different functions, including engineering and marketing, and will regularly conduct competitive analysis.

Understanding product strategy, cost calculations, and pricing models will be essential to your success in this role.

Work tasks

• Manage the product portfolio and roadmap
• Collect and translate customer feedback into product requirements
• Understand and contribute to product strategy, cost analysis, and pricing
• Work on technical and market requirements from different angles

We are looking for

• Technical educational background and / or experience from a related field
• Fluency in English language, Finnish is considered advantage
• Experience in product management, ideally within the automation, robotics, or cloud technologies

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
