We’re seeking a skilled System Administrator to join the team! As part of a global team of experts, you’ll play a crucial role in monitoring, securing, and optimizing our growing Teamcenter PLM environment—one of our most important applications supporting PLM programs and R&D.
Kuvaus
In this role, you’ll focus primarily on three key areas: monitoring and optimizing Teamcenter performance, managing security updates, and collaborating across teams to strengthen system resilience. You’ll continuously track and analyze Teamcenter metrics to ensure smooth and secure operations, addressing performance issues proactively. Coordinating with key stakeholders, you’ll plan and execute essential server and client vulnerability patches and upgrades, keeping the system robust against security threats. Additionally, you’ll work closely with colleagues, IT operations, cyber security teams, and vendors to align on maintenance actions and development, collectively enhancing Teamcenter’s performance and security.

Work tasks
- Monitor and report on Teamcenter performance metrics (servers, clients, vulnerabilities, etc.)
- Collaborate with IT, Cyber Security, and other stakeholders on maintenance and development
- Handle incident management and resolve recurring issues
- Plan and manage server and client vulnerability patches and upgrades
We are looking for
- Fluent English skills - Finnish skills are seen as an advantage
- Educational background in IT
- Previous experience from Windows and computers
- Eagerness to learn and enhance your technical expertise
- Proactiveness and self-motivated attitude
- Great communication skills
Experience in Teamcenter and PLM is seen as an advantage.
Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
