We are looking for you,
Head of Group Security and Real Estate
to lead the Security and Real Estate team in our newly established Global Organizational Services function. You will be based in our headquarters in Espoo and report to the Vice President, Global Organizational Services.
In corporate security operations your focus will be on the analysis of external threats in areas such as crisis management, facility and physical security, pre-employment screening, security incident and travel risk management.
In Neste group real estate management your role is to lead the portfolio of Neste’s office premises including the Neste headquarters in Espoo Keilaniemi. Real estate management also includes long term planning of Neste’s land use as well as property maintenance and facility management of Neste’s group real estate assets in Finland.
You will work closely with our businesses and functions, Cyber Security and Safety teams, leadership teams and external stakeholders. Together with you and your expertise, we can make an impact today and keep our promises for tomorrow.

Your role in our team
Lead globally corporate security operations and real estate management in your area, supporting local organizations
Lead common Neste development activities, supporting and assuring implementation of agreed practices
Provide expert services with your team, influence and support line organizations’ security and real estate management awareness and capabilities
Ensure KPIs, reporting and analysis of corporate security and real estate management of your area
Bring views and initiatives related to corporate security and real estate management issues to the leadership team
Act as a spokesperson for internal and external stakeholders, e.g. Cyber Security and Safety teams, the leadership teams, Finnish Security and Intelligence Service (SUPO), The National Emergency Supply Agency (HVK), The Finnish Defence Forces, industry forums and committees & authorities
Keys to success in this role
Several years of experience in Security and Real Estate Management preferably in the field of critical infrastructure, and a track record of success in leading it in the group level
Team Leadership experience
Experience with proven results of working with top management of an international organization
Good business acumen with a service design mindset
Convincing networking, presentation and influencing skills; ability to communicate clearly and with high credibility with all levels of the organization and to the media as well
Result orientation with proven results to reach improvements on corporate security issues
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in applicable field
Fluent Finnish and English
Responsible attitude with a safety-oriented mindset
