Kuvaus
As a Key Client Manager, you will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients. You will create lasting customer relationships with C-level executives and inspire them to be part of the Management Events community. Your goal is to know your contacts well, keep them updated, and engage them in events designed for businesses. In this role, you will be part of a goal-oriented and inspiring work community with excellent opportunities for personal development. Above all, we hope you are customer-focused, have excellent communication skills, and motivated attitude.
The person we are looking for will work from Finland as part of the German team, with responsibility for the clients in German market.

Work tasks
- You will build lasting customer relationships with C-level executives and inspire them to be part of the Management Events community.
- You will keep yourself up to date on your clients' situations.
- You will maintain daily contact with your clients via phone, email, and Teams meetings.
We are looking for
- An enthusiastic attitude and motivation for the role
- A bold approach to customer work
- Fluent written and spoken skills in German and English languages
- A background in a customer-focused role is considered an advantage.
Skills can be acquired through studies, work experience, or self-study.
