Financial Reporting Professionals

We are now looking for managers and senior associates with experience in IFRS accounting standards to join our team of over 20 financial reporting professionals. Our Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) -team has a wide variety of people in terms of professional backgrounds, experience, and skillsets. Our daily work is centered around IFRS accounting standards, mergers & acquisitions, and capital market transactions. Quality content and services are the key for us to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace. We have the privilege of working with many prominent and interesting companies in multiple industries ranging from small entrepreneurships and startups to large publicly listed companies with global operations – and anything in between.
Key responsibilities for the role include the following, with flexibility based on individual experience and interests:
Assisting clients with the application and interpretation of IFRS accounting standards
Supporting our clients with project work as an IFRS expert in finance transformation and financial reporting uplift projects such as IFRS accounting standards conversions, M&A integration projects, Workiva implementation
Participating in complex transactional projects as financial reporting expert (e.g. IPO and listing processes, due diligence and mergers & acquisitions related processes)
Participating in sales activities, business development initiatives and project management
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
Experience of 4+ years from accounting firm, or practical experience from financial reporting function and consolidation or similar accounting advisory positions
Experience in financial reporting under IFRS accounting standards
Fluent communication skills in English
Finnish language skills are considered an advantage
Energy and drive to work in teams with commitment to deliver high quality work
Keen interest on helping our clients solving their problems
Experience on ESG reporting and digital finance are considered a plus
