We are now looking for an Expert for a permanent position to join our Invoice to Pay Process and Solutions Improvement team in Source to Pay Operations team in Wroclaw, Poland. In this role you will play a crucial role in analysing, designing, and optimizing business processes across the UPM organization, contribute to multiple projects in Invoice to Pay area and support process developments.
Source To Pay Operations is responsible for managing, operating and improving Source to Pay processes and solutions. We deliver end-to-end insights and dedicated services for UPM businesses and functions, and are focused on continuously improving process efficiency, quality and compliance.

What you will do
Collect and analyze process-related data using statistical techniques, process mining tools, and other analytical methods to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement (experience in Celonis tool or AI tools as an asset)
Leverage your expertise in process mapping, analysis, and improvement methodologies to support the achievement of organizational goals
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, drive initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency based on findings and root cause analysis performed - act as a liaison between technical and business teams, translating technical insights into actionable business recommendations
Develop and deploy of advanced Process Mining/AI applications tailored to business scenarios and aligning them with end-to-end business objectives in Source to Pay
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to extend understanding and adoption of Process Mining technologies across the organization, provide solutions for process and tool related questions
Monitor and evaluate the impact of process changes and improvements, ensuring sustainability and ongoing performance monitoring
Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow charts
Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, AI possibilities and methodologies in process improvement to continuously enhance your own expertise and propose new opportunities fitting to UPM needs
Who you are
You have at least a Bachelor’s degree or other relevant professional qualification in related area
You have at least 7 years of work experience in STP/PTP area in Continuous Improvement / Data Analyst/ Process Mining field - experience with Celonis application as an asset
You have end to end-to-end STP/PTP process understanding, proven process development competences and hands-on skills to drive improvements
You have good knowledge of SAP FICO (R/3 or S/4)
You have Lean Six Sigma methodology knowledge or certification
You are proactive, service-oriented person with great communication and influencing skills
You have an organized and controlled way of working, strong analytical skills, process improvement mindset with attention to details
You have collaboration and team-working skills with positive attitude towards changes
You have self-management skills and are not afraid to take initiative and challenge the status quo
