Event coordinator, KONE Oyj, Espoo

✨Would you like to be a part of planning two important events for our client KONE - a market leader in their field.
In this role you will be taking over planning, organizing and coordinating 2 big client events. The other one will be a part of an international conference and the other one is our client company´s internal Europe leaders forum. We hope you to be proactive, patient, good communicator and have the courage to make decisions and ask if needed.

Kuvaus

In this role you get to plan, organize and execute 2 big events for KONE in the fall of 2024. You will be working as a right hand of the Europe´s Head of Marketing and with your colleagues around Europe. Therefore we require excellent english and communication skills. You have the support of separate design and marketing teams.
The project will take about 5-6months and there is a possible for extension.
Your experience from the field of communication and marketing is highly appreciated. You will be working with different Office-programs so we hope you have the right skills to be efficient.
You can work remotely in this position.
