Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process, from first contact to closing the sales, including negotiations on terms and prices
- Create and expand the customer base
- Create a sales kit
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze competitors and market intelligence activities
- Participate in exhibitions and other events for sales purposes with an ability to travel as needed
- Be a collaborative leader among your peers
Skills:
- A bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years experience as a sales lead
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Finnish, additional languages appreciated
- Ability to work independently
Desired:
- Understanding of software development process and Agile methodology
- Experience in building sales processes from scratch
- Experience in using CRM tools
