The opportunity
We are looking for driven technology-oriented Consultants to join our Transaction Strategy and Execution competency area in Helsinki, Finland. Our team helps corporations and private equity firms to create and deliver value in connection with integrations, carve-outs, and strategic transformations. Our team specializes in:
-IT due diligence
-IT integrations and carve-outs
-IT operating model design
-IT value creation and synergies
-Project management
As a part of the team, you have the opportunity to work on high-profile M&A transactions and transformation projects together with experienced colleagues and client teams, building your capabilities, international networks and career opportunities.
Your key responsibilities
As a Consultant you will:
-Gather and analyze information on businesses, their technology landscape and operations
-Align with the team on the progress, next steps, potential issues, and conclusions relating to the analysis and deliverables
-Prepare proposals, engagement deliverables and other client presentations together with the team
-Prepare for and collaboration at client meetings
-Take ownership of your own work and deliverables
Ideally you have
-University degree with excellent academic record
-Strong team participation skills, particularly teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, coupled with the ability to coach and mentor juniors
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
-Professionalism and consistency in approach to client work, internal business, and practice development projects
-Fluent skills in English - fluent Finnish and Swedish are considered an advantage
