Our Operational Purchaser is retiring and we are now looking for a new person to fill this position. In this role, you will manage daily procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery, handling logistics activities related to purchasing and participating supplier forecast process and relationship management. Additionally, approximately 20% of your time will be dedicated to supporting our Supplier Development initiatives, helping to improve supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Managing Order-Delivery-Invoice process of direct components. Maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely deliveries. Support supplier development initiatives, including data collection and quality assurance. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements: Bachelors or masters degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field. Experience in operational purchasing, supplier chain development or a similar role. Strong communication skills in English, Finnish or Swedish are beneficial. Familiarity with supplier management and quality assurance. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A proactive and results-driven approach. Initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements.
