A family moving to Abu Dhabi in January. They are looking for an English-speaking teacher educated in Finland for their two children.

The Governess/Governor will be responsible for planning and implementing an age-appropriate educational plan for both children. You will cooperate with the very hands-on parents and a nanny and advise them on the children's care and education. The main goal is to instil a love of learning in a structured and fun way.

The working hours are Mon-Fri up to 40 hours per week. The schedule will be planned in cooperation with the parents. A degree of flexibility is needed, especially when travelling alongside the family internationally for a few weeks at a time.

The employer will provide a visa and help with finding accommodation. They will pay for the visa, an accommodation allowance, and your flights to/from Abu Dhabi.

You can apply for this position if you

- have a Master's degree in Education (preferably specifically in early childhood education) from a Finnish university
- have a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in early childhood education, with checkable references
- have fluent English skills
- have a clear criminal records extract
- have a valid first aid and CPR certificate (or are willing to acquire one before starting the job)
- are willing to travel with the family internationally
- can commit to the position for a minimum of 2 years but preferably for 5 years (the family plans to move abroad after 2 years)
