KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) who is passionate about sales and developing strong client relationships. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support our key customers in their transition to more sustainable logistics, while ensuring cash flow and driving growth in the given business area. Our responsibility is to keep the customers wheels and business rolling.

As a Key Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

- Taking care of and developing long-term relationships with our key accounts in the Heavy Road Traffic segment in Finland

- Selling payment solutions to Heavy Road Traffic customers, that haulers use to refuel their energy needs on the road

- Responsible for the given customer portfolios sales, profit, loss and forecasts (volumes & margins)

- Ensuring that the companys strategic focus areas have a strong and growing commercial pipeline in the short and long term (e.g. LBG and HVO)

- Working closely with both external (e.g. Managing Directors, Fleet Managers, Procurement Managers, Sustainability Experts) and internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Analytics & Pricing and Business Development) to ensure smooth daily sales processes

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

We expect you to have experience in B2B sales and managing long-term customer relationships. You are able to navigate complex sales processes, adapt to a rapidly changing business environment, and identify client needs while offering the right solutions. You have a customer-oriented mindset and your sales approach is servant, strategic and goal-oriented.

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES):

- Successful experience in B2B sales - preferably a minimum of 5 years - in relevant industries and/or solutions (e.g. energy, transport, heavy-duty vehicle manufacturing and sales, automotive, logistics, retail business)

- Strong communication skills, a willingness to network with people, and the ability to build long-term relationships with decision-makers

- Fluent in Finnish and professional English, both written and spoken

- Driver's license and willingness to visit customers, primarily located in the Helsinki metropolitan area and other large cities in Finland

All other relevant experience and skills will be considered beneficial, including language proficiency, social selling skills, analytical skills, and a strong network of strategic decision-makers.
