We are looking for a Product Data Manager in Rovaniemi or Helsinki metropolitan area
We are looking for an experienced and development orientated Product Data Manager to join our international product operations team in Rovaniemi or in Helsinki metropolitan area. As a Product Data Manager at Lappset, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our product data throughout its lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Product Data in our PLM and ERP systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous development in data management processes and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data management processes, policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain data integrity and consistency.
Ownership of PLM-system and related development
Oversee and manage the product data lifecycle from creation through obsolescence in PLM and ERP systems.
Lead or participate in product data-related continuous development activities and projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
Collaborate with different internal stakeholders (design, engineering, quality, sales, marketing, manufacturing and supply chain) and act as a contact point for product data management related needs.
Perform regular audits and data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies and errors.
Generate and analyze reports on product data metrics to support business decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

We expect you to have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience acting as a Product Data Manager or in similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong proficiency in PLM and ERP systems
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel occasionally between Rovaniemi and Helsinki and to our subsidiaries in Europe.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of different CAD-systems.
Certification in data management, project management or related field.
Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
