Brew the beer: Operate our semi automatic ANT System brewhouse
Work on cellar: Pitch yeast and/or bacteria on wort, dry hop, add fruits, spices, enzymes or fining to beers, measure, carbonate, dump yeast, prepare beers for packaging and operate our Alfa Laval Brew 80 centrifuge.
Packaging: Operate our Cask ACSV5 canning line, Cannery de-paletizer, labeler, make kegs and fill serving tanks
General upkeeping of equipment and cleaning tasks.
