Your role and responsibilities
ABB Motion in Helsinki is looking for a global operations analyst to support our global operations, SCM and procurement analytics, and empower our global SCM team to make optimal decisions based on the right data.

Location of the position is in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki and it is a parental leave substitute until the end of 2025.

This position reports to Head of Planning&Fulfilment and Continuous Improvement- Motion.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Drive operations excellence by supporting our global team with excellent communication, good spirit and data analytics skills:
- Collaboration with local units across the world
- Consulting mindset (understand and help stakeholders, provide solutions)
- Support in monthly operations analytics activities
- Creating and configuring BI reports and dashboards
- Ensuring consistent performance management across the local units

Qualifications for the role:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience on PowerBI and SQL or similar
- Positive "can-do" attitude and willingness to get involved!
- Strong people skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capability to work with different level of seniority in the organization
- A proactive mindset with problem-solving skills; flexibility to handle all situations
- International Awareness and respect of cultural differences
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree
- 3 years work experience related to analytics
- Chance to learn: Process Intelligence, operations management and KPIs, machine learning.
