Our goal is to identify new manufacturers for AIDA Impact's products while creating sustainable employment opportunities for refugee women, particularly those of Palestinian descent. This project is part of our broader mission to support vulnerable communities through innovative approaches to employment.

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Coordinator to oversee this initiative. The primary focus will be on building connections within Jordan, particularly in refugee camps like Azraq, and identifying key market opportunities. Marketing and communications also play an important role, as the project needs to be communicated to multiple stakeholders across different channels. The position is instrumental in fostering partnerships with NGOs, engaging with the Arabic-speaking community, and using strategic marketing and communications to document and share the project's progress.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
The ability to speak, write, read in both Arabic and English.
Coordinate team meetings and ensure effective collaboration with the targeted audience.

Skills and Qualifications:
Masters degree in business administration, or communication and Markerting.
Proven experience in marketing project coordination or management.
Proven experience in the Palestinian refugees background.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
Creative problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of marketing channels and tactics (e.g., social media, email marketing, content marketing).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to travel to project locations.
