Demmy Palvelut is seeking a hardworking and motivated Stone Work Assistant to support road and yard construction projects in the capital region of Finland. In this role, you will assist skilled workers with tasks such as preparing foundations, laying stones, cutting and shaping materials, and ensuring the smooth progression of construction work. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Prior experience in stonework or construction is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and laying of stones for road and yard construction
Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
Help with site cleanup and organization
Transport materials and ensure they are readily available for workers
Follow safety regulations and company protocols

Requirements:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Willingness to work in outdoor environments
Good teamwork and communication skills
Basic knowledge of construction tools is an advantage
