In the first place, we are looking for chefs, waiters, and housekeepers but also some receptionists, hosts and guides to various locations all around Lapland such as Saariselkä, Levi, Rovaniemi, Luosto and Ylläs. Working environments are versatile including restaurants, resorts, and skiing centers. Typical working hours are 90-112,5 hrs per 3-week period which means both full time and part time positions are available, according to your preferences. Contracts will vary but typical job starts in 11/2024 and ends 3/2025 or 4/2025, with the possibility of extension. If you don't want to work whole season, 1-month contracts are available also, especially during December.

Your daily tasks will be agreed based on your skills, preferences, and location. Generally, the main goal is to provide unforgettable experiences to seasonal local and international tourists.

- Accommodation will be provided for you (costs 75-400eur/month depending on the type of housing; room or shared room).

- We offer you free of charge training period (not mandatory) in cooperation with local vocational school REDU where you can hone your skills at essential job duties, get accustomed to local culture, and complete nationally recognized qualifications such as food hygiene certification and alcohol serving permit

What we expect from you?

- Previous working experience from the position you are interested in (restaurant / hotel / other applicable location). If you don't have previous working experience from the desired position, in certain positions such as housekeeping you can substitute previous working experience with ironclad attitude.

- Teamwork skills, positive customer service attitude and flexibility

- Communicative English skills of at least B1 level and adaptability to international working environment
