Hi IT freelancers and IT entrepreneurs!Our Finnish client is seeking a Golang Architect to work in Saudi Arabia. This role requires continuous travel to Saudi Arabia in six-month intervals. It offers a unique opportunity to participate in significant projects.

Our client seeks an architect-level Golang expert to join their team. Ideal candidates will have experience with Go, and preferably Node.js and Flutter Web. You will develop and maintain the backend of a secure visual communication platform.This position requires six-month on-site assignments in Saudi Arabia due to high-security needs.

As a (Senior) Golang Architect, you'll develop and maintain the backend infrastructure for a secure platform.

Your responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs.
-Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers on new features.
-Conduct code reviews, identify performance issues, and improve system efficiency.
-Lead security enhancements, ensuring regulatory compliance.
-Write unit and API tests to ensure system resiliency and robustness.

As a software architect, you should have:
-A degree in computer science, software engineering, cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
-8+ years of backend development experience building scalable systems.
-Proficiency in Go and Kubernetes.
-Experience with PostgreSQL and DevOps, including Docker.
-Extensive database knowledge, including schema design and query performance tuning.
