PRODUCT MANAGER, CARE?

Care is one of our five cross-functional product teams responsible for subscriptions and post-purchase experience, including warranty & returns and our iPhone replacement subscription service Swappie Care.

This is an individual contributor role, which involves product discovery and delivery, identifying bottlenecks on the customer journey, evaluating trade-offs and taking clever risks to maximize the benefits for both our customers and our business. You will report to the Head of Product Development, Care and work in a cross-functional product team of engineers, a product analyst, and a product designer. You will engage regularly with our customers and collaborate closely with internal marketing and commercial stakeholders.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU GET A CHANCE TO

Drive the strategic product and customer vision within our Care product area
Discover & solve bottlenecks on our customer journey in a very data-driven environment: conduct customer interviews and surveys, analyze customer feedback and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization
Define and solve problems together with designers, analysts and software engineers by estimating business and customer experience impact of different alternatives
Define and run experiments to validate hypotheses and iterate towards the best solutions solving our customer problems
Plan and conduct various A/B tests
Represent the customer voice to your colleagues and team members
Tackle some of the most important technical and business challenges within our Care product area

WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU

Have previous product management experience in e-commerce world
Worked previously with subscription products
Love building user-friendly products by making data-informed decisions
Have a proven track record in creating compelling products and presenting the vision and plans to a management team, engineering team and other stakeholders
Have strong product management skills: experience in conducting customer interviews, feature prioritization and making trade-offs
Understand the tools and methods in product management setting: you know which tools and methods to use, e.g. brainstorming, design documentation, prototypes, and discovery research
Are interested in analytics, building business cases and evaluating potential impact of different product development paths
Are fluent in English, Swappie's working language, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in a consumer product company or a tech startup is beneficial
Previous experience working with payment solution providers and other vendors is also beneficial
