Santa's Igloos Arctic Circle is located in Santa Claus Village on the Arctic Circle Rovaniemi. We have one restaurant, a lobby bar, a cozy reception area and 71 Premium glass igloos. Santa's Hotel Santa Claus in located in Rovaniemi city centre.

We are looking for a PROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONIST for full-time work contract for our Rovaniemi destinations, Santa's Hotel Santa Claus and Santa's Igloos Arctic Circle.
As you are a professional, besides to daily reception tasks, you are responsible of customer service satisfaction, extra sales such as excursions and sensing our guests needs before they even do.

We appreciate:
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to work under pressure
-Able to think and act as a team member
-Good English language skills and excellent communication skills - other languages are a plus
-2 years experience at the front desk
-Experience with Opera and/or Opera Cloud reservation system is seen as a big plus
-Education in tourism field is also seen as an advantage
