As our new Country Market Director for Energy, you will have dual reporting into the market/Energy dimension as well as the geography/Finland dimension of the matrix in Ramboll. You will join Finland's Country Leadership Team and the Leadership Team of the global Energy Transition division, which is the largest global team (1,000 people) within the Energy business unit. Both teams provide peers who can be sparring partners and support in your new role.

Your priority will be to drive our growth in the Finnish Energy market delivering holistic and sustainable solutions within the green energy transition to our clients. Our ambition, yours when you join, is to operate across the Energy value chain, from production to conversion and storage, to transport and to consumption. Your motivation must be to contribute to the creation of the future energy system in Finland with a particular attention to energy infrastructure, e-fuels and industrial clients. You will make an impact through an integrated project delivery model with a combination of local and international resources, in projects ranging from early-phase feasibility studies to complex detailed designs. As the Country Market Director for Energy, you will be our visible leader externally and internally and will demonstrate your collaboration skills through excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

Implement and leverage our Group and Finland Strategies to define the Why, How and What of Ramboll's Energy division in Finland
Lead and grow the team (20 to date, target 40 end of 2025)
Accountable for local business development plans
Be an active part of the Energy Transition Leadership Team, contribute to the shaping and execution of its global business plan
Be an active part of the Finnish Country Leadership Team along with the Finnish Managing Director, other Country Market Directors from other business units, HR and Finance Directors
Promote a culture of openness and inclusion that fosters mobility, equal opportunities, and diversity.
