Do you enjoy varying working days and customer service?

We are looking for a customer service-oriented Bellboy. You transport customers from the airport to accommodation and take them to various outdoor activities depending on the situation. In addition, you will act as a general helper at the reception, performing e.g. heating the sauna, cleaning the dry toilets, making fires and other daily work tasks in the property.

B-driver license is considered an advantage for the job, because you also drive customers between the airport and the accommodation.

You need to be able to work with customers passionately and want to offer them the best experience in Lapland.

Jobs are available right after the snow falls (estimated start in November) until March.

We can offer you approx. 30 hours of work per week and sometimes even full working weeks if you are ready for versatile worktasks.

In cooperation with Lapland Education Center REDU, we organize Lapland tourism industry training in English. The training includes e.g. customer service and hospitality skills, local cultural knowledge as well as cooperation and interaction skills. You will learn about Lappish cuisines, Finnish working culture and get all the needed certifications for free. Through the training you have the opportunity to expand your skills.
