Your responsibilities:
Interior supervisor performs in KAEFER Oy shipbuilding projects in Meyer Turku shipyard. The position involves the organizing, directing, evaluating, and controlling of works site activities in accordance with company and customer expectations, plans, specifications, schedules, and budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for operational tasks on site according to project plan
Supervision of subcontractors
Reports to Site Manager and/or Project manager
Supervise that instructions and safe working methods are followed in daily operation
and follows KAEFER values
Supervise weekly goals for subcontractors
Monitor on a daily basis the condition of the working environment and the work community
Work quality control on site

Required Knowledge & Skills
Preferable technical education from shipbuilding/construction or five or more years of experience of interior outfitting/installations
Fluent written and verbal English skills
