Work location: Helsinki (Base), need to travel to other cities (Finland)

Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating the company's sales strategy for the products required by restaurants and supermarkets, and achieving the annual sales target issued by the company; and making strategic adjustments to product promotion and sales at any time according to the company's current requirements and market feedback;
2. Expand market business, including not limited to restaurants and supermarkets, decompose sales indicators, and complete various indicators in stages and regions;
3. Have the ability to form and manage a sales team, and provide training and business guidance to the sales team;
4. Responsible for the overall management of the company's sales.
5. Accept and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, record customer inquiries, suggestions, complaints, etc., and give customer feedback in accordance with the corresponding procedures and operating standards;
6. Timely sort out and summarize the needs and problems of customers on duty, and they can deliver goods independently if they involve returns and exchanges;
7. Complete other work required by the company and not described above.

Qualifications:?
1. College degree or above, have a certain understanding of the catering and supermarket industries;
2. More than 1 year of working experience in the sales industry, experience in sales team management is preferred;
3. Possess strong market analysis, marketing and promotion capabilities.
