We are now looking for a Specialist, Sustainability Compliance to join our UPM Biofuels SBU team. This is a one-year fixed-term position, and it is located in Helsinki, Finland.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain sustainability management solution in Biofuels ERP

• Create, verify and send customer sustainability delivery notes

• Prepare sustainability criteria monthly balance calculations

• Prepare and deliver sustainability related authority reporting

Who you are

• You are experienced in chain of custody management, mass balance calculations and sustainability reporting in relation with certification schemes, such as ISCC and RSB or other voluntary sustainability assurance systems

• You are experienced in working in company focusing on circular bioeconomy or other relevant industry, environmental organization or relevant certification body is an asset 

• You have overall understanding of biofuels industry

• You have accountability and ability to deliver tasks in a timely manner

• You have experience in operating sustainability management solutions

• You have sustainability-oriented mindset and enthusiasm to work in bioeconomy

• You have good user skills of IT systems and ERP

• You are fluent in English and Finnish (both written and spoken)

• You are energetic team-player with good communication skills and accurate and precise approach to daily tasks
