About the role
Our Marine Service and Aftermarket team is looking for a new colleague for a permanent position as Service Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for global marine customers to sell, plan and arrange HI-FOG service visits.
Key responsibilities for this position include
Promoting, quoting, selling, and coordinating service visits
Service visit resource planning, organizing, and arranging field service activities in co-operation with internal stakeholders and end customers
Proactive service sales for marine customers and received customer leads
Service pipeline customer handling and management
Service order handling
Cost allocations, collection and processing field reports and costs
To be successful in the role you need to have
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or from another relevant field
Experience from a customer service, sales, or administrative role
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and other IT skills.
Sales and customer-oriented approach and mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with tight deadlines.
Proactive way of working and good prioritization skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to develop and learn.
Active, clear, and polite means of communication habits
Not necessary, but it would be advantageous to have:
Finnish language knowledge
Experience/background from the Marine industry
Experience with hydraulic systems or from the fire safety industry
