As an SAP Functional Expert, you will collaborate closely with internal business stakeholders to support and optimize SAP PP (Production and Planning) business processes. You will ensure the system is fully utilized, adhering to SAP Best Practices. In this role, you will lead requirements gathering, facilitate workshops, design functional specifications, and assist in UAT testing and training development. Working closely with other functional experts and technical teams, you will help shape solutions and business processes in SAP S/4HANA. You will play a key role in ensuring that business requirements are fully understood and that solutions meet business needs and expectations.

Work tasks

• Enable Production S/4 HANA transformation with ongoing and future SAP S/4HANA deployments for production units
• Lead requirements gathering through workshops and perform fit/gap analysis
• Create functional specifications for customizations, including reports, data migration, and integrations
• Transform business requirements into solution designs based on best practices to ensure the business is fully utilizing SAP S/4HANA functionality
• Provide training and advice on best practices
• Support business teams during the creation of user test stories and provide functional support during user acceptance testing

We are looking for

• Language: Fluent English, other languages (such as Finnish) are seen as a merit
• A relevant educational background, such as industrial engineering or information technology
• Genuine interest or previous experience with SAP is considered as an advantage

This position requires you to be willing to travel occasionally.

To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:

• Self-motivation, curiosity
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal
