We are now looking for a Sales Manager Finland to lead and develop the business operation and team in Finland. Our Finnish office is based in Lieto close to Turku and we currently have a skilled team of 5 people working. The Sales Manager has overall responsibility for the Finnish daughter company reporting to the head office in Sweden.
Sales Manager Finland
Rototilt Oy is now looking for a people- and business-oriented Sales Manager who is motivated to work with business as well as people development. You have an ability to work both strategically and hands on in an independent manner with close collaboration with central functions in Sweden, our partners and customers.
You will be responsible for exploring and initiating new business opportunities in Finland as well as nurturing existing long term customer relationships, evaluate and improve existing sales strategies and channels in order to reach set goals. The role emphasises an ability and willingness to work actively in a client centred sales capacity where you are responsible for creating and implementing sales and marketing plans for Finland, with clear targets and budgets that drive our growth.
You identify new market opportunities and ensure that our product launches are successful, while also representing and taking responsibility for Rototilt trade fairs and events. You will lead and motivate the Finnish sales team, which is essential for maintaining a strong and committed team.
You are responsible for financial follow-up and administrative management to ensure that our goals and budgets are followed. Your task is also to support the employees' competence development and motivation, and to promote good cooperation within the company.
Your background
Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for building strong relationships and inspiring teams? This role requires a hands-on approach with a focus on achieving sales targets, while also handling strategic and operational tasks. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering results and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive feedback and support.
To succeed, you should have a relevant degree in business or a technical field, and proven experience leading sales-driven teams, preferably in an international or Nordic context.
A strong technical understanding, particularly in mechanical engineering, industrial manufacturing, or hydraulics, is essential.
You should be motivated by B2B sales, marketing, and key account management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills in Finnish, English, and ideally Swedish.
