As our client’s Ride and Building Comfort Specialist, you will join a matrix agile organization and become a part of the European Product Platform team. The team is responsible for developing and managing the core elevator products in our client’s product portfolio. You will play an important role in measuring noise and vibrations in the test elevators, reporting, proposing improvements and presenting findings to the global team. While you will be supported by a talented senior colleague and the project team, we expect you to bring on a self-initiative attitude and be ready for a high learning curve.
The role is based in the Hyvinkää office with hybrid model and occasional local and international travelling included.

Work tasks
- Monitor and report performance of test elevators
- Guide, follow and ensure that project plans are executed with high quality and with short lead time
- Troubleshoot development and field issues
- Collaborate closely with the project teams to proactively create and develop new value
- Develop category level testing methodologies
- Update and maintain Requirements Management Tools
- Apply requirements to new platform or category projects according to established internal requirements
- Share the knowledge and learnings internally with colleagues
We are looking for
- Relevant technical degree (e.g., BSc/MSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
- Hands-on experience in measuring
- High quality documentation skills (lab reports, site reports, statistical analysis)
- Basic knowledge of vibration and acoustics theory and calculations
- Good troubleshooting/route cause analysis and failure prediction skills
- Good communication skills: working knowledge of Finnish and English would be useful
We also value previous background from elevator or automotive industries and previous noise and vibration experience.
