Product Manager
Would you like to ensure that Ayvens’ products and services support annual business objectives while improving Ayvens brand image and ensuring a high customer satisfaction? We are now looking for a Product Manager to make sure that Ayvens’ products and services meet the needs of our customers.
About the role
As a Product Manager you will get to have an overall view of the company’s product and service range and competitiveness development. You will collaborate extensively with several stakeholders including our sales and marketing teams and the central office counterparts responsible for different products.
In this role, your main responsibility areas are:
Managing product development projects: Ensure that Ayvens products and additional services meet the needs of our customers.
Market development monitoring: Collect and generate new ideas and maintain the development plan for products and services.
Monitoring the profitability and customer satisfaction for products and additional services.
Ensuring proper internal processes and process descriptions, working instructions as well as making sure that other related material is up to date.
Understanding regulatory framework requirements: Identifying risks that are related to products and services in cooperation with risk and compliance team.
Your key responsibilities include:
Describing and documenting the current products and additional services
Developing products and services on a project basis, in line with the company level strategic prioritization
Ensuring compliance with documentation requirements related to the life cycle of the product or service (new product, discontinued product)
Creating and implementing an annual plan of prioritized development projects
Managing material such as web page information, sales material, and other supporting material needs
Being responsible of training of products and services
Identifying customer needs and proposing development based on the feedback from internal stakeholders and customers
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a self-directed person with the ability to contribute to several stakeholders at the same time. You are a people person with strong teamworking skills, and you perform naturally in front of an audience.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
Have written and verbal presentation skills
Have experience in product management and development
Have experience in project management
Are equipped with broad administrative and prioritization skills
Are fluent in Finnish and in English (verbal and written)

Compensation depends on the experience and background of the candidate, start level is from 4000 euros and good yearly bonus program.
