Process Specialist

ANDRITZ Oy, Pulp Service PKR is looking for a Process Specialist for SYNERGY team to bring process expertise to sales and execution projects in customer interface. In this position You would work strongly in co-operation with PKR Recovery Boiler Sales and Estimation team also to estimate Rebuild and Modernization projects. You would also take part on development projects and other internal operations.

The location of the job is flexible and can be any of the ANDRITZ locations in Finland. (for example Kotka, Savonlinna, Varkaus, Lappeenranta, Helsinki or Oulu).

As a Process Specialist your job will include:
• Defining the suitable technical solutions and assuring process conformity as part of the team.

• Both site and office activities including but not limited to Troubleshooting, testing, calculations and optimization of Recovery Boilers.

• Implementation and/or coordination of the required actions, ideas and new running models to improve Recovery boiler operation in designated projects.

We are looking for a candidate with:
• M.Sc.(Tech) / B.Sc.(Tech) Mechanical/Process engineering or equivalent education.
• Profound working experience with Recovery Boilers.
• In addition, other experience from the Pulp & Paper industry seen as an advantage.
• Readiness to travel within Finland and abroad, and work in a multicultural environment.
• Speak and write fluent English, other language skills shall be seen as an advantage.
• Up-to-date IT skills.
• Customer oriented and outspoken attitude.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
