ANDRITZ Oy Pulp & Power business area segment, Recovery–division, is looking for a Sales Manager to further strengthen our Recovery Boiler capital sales team and to support our growth in the global customer base.
As Sales Manager you´ll have a wide responsibility in sales from generating leads to managing complex and large sales projects internally and externally in deep co-operation with our customers. Sales Manager co-ordinates the sales projects and works closely together with a Sales Engineer and other ANDRITZ disciplines. We expect that you´ll take a pro-active role in quotation preparation, technical problem solving and, also, in technical discussions to understand and meet customer requirements. You´ll be working together with several internal stakeholders locally and globally including but not limited to your peers in other ANDRITZ divisions/product groups, commercial sales and legal.
As Sales Manager you will report to Global Sales Director, Recovery Boilers, who is based in Helsinki, Finland.
The preferred location of the position is Helsinki or Tampere, other ANDRITZ Oy offices can be considered. In your role you will be working with sales projects all around the globe, so frequent travelling in Finland and abroad is required in this position.

Your main responsibilities are:
- Sales project management and execution according to established business processes
- Pro-active sales and lead generation, developing project-related sales strategies.
- Quotation preparation with other functions (technology, engineering, projects), developing solutions within the team for the winning customer solution.
- Customer communication, technical/commercial negotiations and customer relationship management in sales phase
- Purposeful communication with decision makers at different levels
- Review meetings and sales reporting
- Marketing and events contribution
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- M.Sc in Engineering (mechanical, energy or chemical)
- Technology and process knowledge of chemical recovery
- Understanding of technical sales and cost competitiveness
- Proven sales experience and track record in international CAPEX-project sales
- Solid opportunity management and sales funnel/pipeline management skills
- Ability to perform according to set deadlines and sometimes tight schedules
- Sales-oriented and commercial mindset
- Good communication-, language-, presentation- and people skills
- Willingness to learn and to challenge yourself and your team
