We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of solar energy projects across mainly in Germany and other European countries. This critical role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. You will lead site activities, manage contractors, and handle logistics, while proactively solving on-site issues and driving project success.

Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of construction or solar energy projects mainly in Germany. Additionally, projects may occur in other European countries and the UK in the future. This role is critical to the success of the projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety and quality standards.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to participate in exciting projects that typically last 3-4 months at one location. You are expected to work abroad 3-4 days per week, depending on the phase of the project. Some weeks may involve alternating between working one week at the office and the next at the project site. Flexibility in travel is essential for this position.

Work tasks
- Lead and manage site operations, ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations.
- Monitor site progress and report to the project management team
- Handle site logistics, materials, and equipment management.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and local authorities with project manager and Local Procurement
- Solve on-site issues and manage changes in project scope as they arise
- Reporting to the project manager
We are looking for
- Experience with project management, occupational safety, or supervisory roles on construction sites.
- Willingness to travel and work abroad within Europe
- Great abilities in handling stakeholder relationships
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is considered an advantage.
