Kuvaus
In this role you will be part of global People Processes and Systems team in Human Resources and you will play a key role in optimizing people analytics' and unlocking valuable HR insights to inform strategic decision-making. Also part of the position will further improve selected people processes in Workday platform.

Work tasks
- Responsible for running and further developing HR analytics and KPI offering strategic workforce planning ad people process analytics
- Additionally enchance existing Workday configurations for people processes, together with other team members
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Continuously improving the quality of HR data
- Support and train the HR community to increase its capability in people analytics and processes
We are looking for
- Relevant Bachelor or Master's level degree
- Good HR analytics skills with high ambition level to grow even more
- Familiar with Workday configuration and maintenance for example HCM area
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- 3+ years of previous work experience in HR data
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Wider experience for Workday processes are considered as an advantage. This can be shared perhaps through a cover letter.
