We are now looking to hire an experienced, resilient, and innovative
Head of Solutions
In this role you are part of our Management Team and will be accountable for Neomore’s SaaS solutions profit and loss, as well as portfolio. You drive the development and commercialization of our SaaS solutions, find pilot customers, lead a small team, and create and execute a plan for establishing global sales channels and commercial success. Our Solutions are built on SAP S/4HANA.
Your work will consist of
The ownership of our solutions portfolio.
Interacting with customers to create a clear understanding of their needs and wishes.
Figuring out how Neomore could best meet those needs by creating scalable products and solutions.
Finding pilot customers and incorporating their feedback.
Ensuring that our solutions are commercially viable.
Driving and prioritizing the solutions portfolio and roadmaps.
Leading and building the Solutions team.
Building global sales channel strategy, finding sales partners, and drafting contracts together with our Head of Sales.
We expect you to be sales-oriented pioneer, who enjoys collaboration with customers, peers, and other stakeholders. You understand the big picture and are not afraid of switching perspective from strategic level thinking to practical issues every day. You thrive in fast-paced environment and can create order and roadmaps to ensure that your team has a meaningful goal and work environment. You have previous experience in start-up environments and strong sales drive. We hope that you have already guided SaaS solutions to commercial success.
We value sales experience and although we are not looking for a technical expert, you hopefully can navigate among features, specifications, methodologies, and best practices. We are only at the early stage of our journey, and there are many hurdles to overcome. Therefore, we appreciate innovative, flexible mindset, resilience, and creative problem-solving skills. To succeed in this role, you need to have fluent written and spoken English. Also, valid working visa for the EU area is a must have.
