Finance Development Manager
Established in 1878, Olvi plc is Olvi Group’s parent company. Olvi plc’s head office and production plant are located in Iisalmi, and its sales and marketing office is in Helsinki. Olvi operates in six countries in Europe. In 2023, the Group’s net sales were EUR 630,6 million, and its operating profit was EUR 67,1 million. Olvi produces beers, ciders, long drinks, soft drinks, mineral water and vitamin water, and sports and energy drinks. Its main brands in Finland are OLVI, Sandels, A. Le Coq, FIZZ, Sherwood, Kane’s, TEHO, Olvi Vichy and KevytOlo.
To meet the growing need to support the business activities and decisions in every Olvi Group company with high-quality data, we are looking for:
Finance Development Manager for Olvi Group
The Finance Development Manager is responsible for developing management accounting and reporting, and administrating unified content of financial information in Olvi Group.
We expect you to develop Olvi Group level management accounting processes, data and reports. You have good analytical skills and have experience in complex business analyses. You support Olvi Group CFO in practical developments of internal management reporting and lead Group Finance Team projects.
You are familiar with data-based decision making. You act as Olvi Group Finance Data Owner and Olvi Group key user for M3 finance module (ERP), business planning tool (Anaplan) and reports (BI-tool).
You have a Master’s / Bachelor's degree in finance or a related fields, previous work experience in business analytics and a good knowledge of data driven business development. Self-directed and analytical approach to work and good co –operation and communication skills. Project management skills are advantage. English language skills, written and spoken, is required.
