Supercell is now offering a unique opportunity for a dynamic Executive Assistant to work closely with the leadership team of the global mobile game company headquartered in Helsinki.
In this position, you will be a crucial part of the world-class Executive Assistant team, supporting Supercell’s C-suite in their work and contributing to the overall growth of one of the most exciting companies in the world.
As an Executive Assistant, you are naturally a self-organized and independent person with great attention to detail. You thrive on problem-solving complex coordination challenges. You have a 6th sense for calendars and time zones, get kicks out of juicy travel bookings and love building trust and relationships with stakeholders of the people you support. You have a service-attitude galore and impress your executives by being two steps ahead.
Responsibilities

Calendar and meeting scheduling over multiple time zones
-
Coordination work across teams and offices
-
Stakeholder management
-
Meeting preparations, memos, meeting notes, follow ups

Travel booking and arrangements
-
Support and help with organizing events
-
Hosting and welcoming guests

Excellent communication, written and verbal
-
Ensuring a smooth (as possible) workday and high quality support, both in a hybrid and onsite environment
Requirements
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in an international company

Experience in complex calendar management
-
Advanced MS Office and Google suite skills

Excellent English skills. Finnish skills are considered an asset

Attention to details, quick problem solving and improvement mindset

Professional and diligent approach to work

Interest in (Supercell) games and the game industry is a big plus!

Practicalities:
This is a full-time and permanent position, and you will be employed directly to Supercell. Ideal starting time is in August 2024. The role is located in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki, and we hope you are primarily able to work at the office but some remote work is also possible. In addition, depending on your more specific role and work tasks, this position may include international travel.
